NORTH SIOUX CITY, S.D. (KCAU) — Since 1994, Dakota Valley Schools have served as an anchor of sorts for North Sioux City. And, since opening, the district has experienced steady growth in student enrollment, achievement, and facilities.

Don Fuxa served as the mayor of North Sioux City for 10 years beginning in 2005.
