MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A traffic stop in Memphis led federal officers to 20 kilograms of methamphetamine, according to a spokesperson for the United States Marshals Service.
The Marshals Service said that Memphis Safe Task Force officers pulled over 23-year-old Alan Martinez-Deanda and 23-year-old Felipe Baeza-Garcia on Shelby Drive.
Authorities shared a picture of several taped packages hidden in the trunk of a car on top of a spare tire. According to the Marshals Service, those packages contained about 20 kilograms of methamphetamine.
