A frost advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Friday at 1:57 a.m. valid from 11 p.m. until Saturday 9 a.m. for Orange County.
The weather service adds to expect, "Temperatures as low as 34 degrees will result in frost formation."
"Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered," says the weather service. "Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold."
