A few days after an investigation by The Indian Express exposed that Sanjay Arora, the Chief Engineer of the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation, was inaccessible to the public, the officer was removed from his post on Friday. The action came on the basis of the directions issued by Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria.
