GREAT FALLS — One in six native American high school students in Montana misuse prescription drugs. That's according to a 2023 state study.

Montanans can help fight the problem on Saturday, Oct. 25. The Drug Enforcement Administration's National Prescription Drug Take Back Day runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Collection sites will be set up across the state, including on Native American reservations. DEA National Drug Take Back day is October 25

The event helps people get rid of dangerous, expired and unused prescription drugs.
