MANCHESTER, Conn. (WFSB) - An investigation is underway on I-84 westbound in Manchester on Saturday morning.

Our Eyewitness News crew is at the scene on Forbes street, an overpass directly over the scene.

Multiple officers are on scene as well as mobile command post, blocking all traffic.

This is the vehicle police seem to be focusing their investigation on.

We can what appears to be a bullet hole in the back seat window on the passenger side.

The front passenger window also completely shattered leaving glass all over the road. That front passenger door also left slightly open.

Just vehicle it looks like there’s a first aid kit on the ground.
