Malachi Jackson only saw grass in front of him at A.W. Mumford Stadium.

On third and 2 from the Southern 44-yard line, the Southern wide receiver was the recipient of a short pass for 5 yards on a drag route going to the left side. When the junior turned upfield, no one was within 30 yards of him.

Jackson only had a safety to beat on his way of the end zone and was taken down at the 7-yard line. The 49-yard pass from Ashton Strother was Southern's most explosive play in a 43-35 loss to Florida A&M on Saturday afternoon.
