How far east will rain make it in Minnesota and Wisconsin on Monday and Tuesday, and is there any signs of snow as October transitions to November?
The quick and easy answer to the snow part of the question is no, while the question about how far east rain will make it on Monday and Tuesday is still somewhat difficult to answer, according to the National Weather Service.
"There is still some uncertainty tied to the exact progression of this system," the Twin Cities office of the National Weather Service said Sunday morning.
As of now, it looks like "most" of western and central Minnesota will get at least a half inch of rain, though higher amounts up to an inch or 1.5 inches aren't out of the equation.
What about the Twin Cities? The NWS says the European model is bringing a half inch
