NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm is forecast to bring periods of rain and storms from
the Southeast to Virginia tomorrow. Some downpours can lead
to ponding on streets and highways. Breezy conditions are
also expected across the area, especially along the coast.
As the center of the storm moves off the coast, there will
be an increased risk of rip currents and rough surf along
the coast from Florida to Delaware. In the Northeast, it
will be cool with a spotty shower in northern portions of
New England. Elsewhere, rain will spread from North and
South Dakota to Nebraska and Minnesota. Gusty winds are
expected from the Rockies to the Plains as well. Much of the
