HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Spooky season was in full swing on Sunday at Dunkin' Park in Hartford.
The Hartford Yard Goats hosted the largest Halloween Trick or Treat community event in Connecticut.
"We're here to just have some fun at the stadium," Matt McLean of Vernon said. "We've tried to do this a few times and this is the first time we've gotten the chance to actually get in, so give him the experience of trick-or-treating in a stadium. It's awesome."
Kids and families had the chance to explore the concourse, show off their costumes and pick up candy at the ballpark.
"It brings a lot of people, you get to see a lot of different costumes, everyone's very friendly, the kids have a lot of fun," Vernon resident Christopher Sickler said.
