Michigan football will return to the field at Michigan Stadium Saturday night as another betting favorite.

This time, maybe as large as three touchdowns.

The 21st-ranked Wolverines opened as 18-point favorites for Saturday’s game against Purdue (7 p.m., Big Ten Network) in Las Vegas earlier today, and the number apparently wasn’t high enough for bettors.

Since the spread went live, domestic sports books available in Michigan have moved the lines nearly a full field goal. At the time of publication, BetMGM listed Michigan -20.5, DraftKings had Michigan -21 and FanDuel moved to Michigan -21.5.

Michigan failed to cover the 13.5-point number in its 31-20 win over Michigan State on Saturday, a game that saw the Wolverines control for most of the way.
