Officials are advising Titusville residents and anyone passing through to stay indoors and off the roads due to flooding.

"There are several homes throughout Titusville that are taking on water, cars that are disabled due to the flooding and we are triaging calls as we receive them," said Titusville Fire Chief John Hustoles. "The important thing is to stay safe and don't drive anywhere if it's not necessary."
