Singer-songwriter Carly Rae Jepsen and six-time Grammy-winning music producer Cole Marsden Greif-Neill, known as Cole MGN, met on the job, in a songwriting session in May of 2021. From there, they started working as friends and collaborators, beginning to date in 2022. The first song they wrote together was called “No Labels I Love You”, and about two years later, on 21 September 2024, they got engaged at the Hotel Castello di Reschio in Umbria during a month-long vacation in Europe.

They got married this month, on 4 October, at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City – a bastion of bohemianism where Mark Twain, Arthur Miller, Jimi Hendrix, Leonard Cohen, Patti Smith and Madonna all once lived. “We knew we wanted a location that meant something to us, and the Chelsea Hotel had become a home
