Deporting illegal migrants from its country, the United States has deported 54 men from Haryana for allegedly entering the country via the “donkey route.” They all landed at Indira Gandhi International Airport on Sunday, police said.
According to reports, 16 men hail from Karnal, 15 from Kaithal, five from Ambala, four from Yamunanagar, four from Kurukshetra, three from Jind, two from Sonipat, and one each from Panchkula, Panipat, Rohtak, and Fatehabad.
The reports suggested that the youths, aged between 25 and 40, were handed over to their families. The police have not received any complaints regarding the agents.
Karnal DSP Sandeep Kumar asserted that these deported individuals entered the US via the illegal donkey route.
