CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) is offering a reward for information that could lead to the capture of fugitive Luther Payne.

According to the release, Payne, 45, is a white man standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds.

He is wanted by the United States Marshals Service for walking away from a federal halfway house.

Payne is originally charged by the Drug Enforcement Administration for federal drug violations.

He is known to frequent the Cleveland area, according to the release.
