Hyderabad: Tension prevailed in the Mudfort area after a man died under suspicious circumstances while consuming liquor at a local wine shop on Sunday night.

According to reports, the victim, identified as Prudhvi, suddenly collapsed while drinking and was immediately rushed to Gandhi Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

Following the incident, family members and locals staged a protest in front of the wine shop on Monday, demanding a thorough inquiry into the cause of death.
