ROCHESTER, Minn. – A registered predatory offender will stand trial in Olmsted County for child porn.

Charles Frederick Bouin Jr., 59 of Faribault, has pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of pornographic work as a predatory offender.

The Rochester Police Department says Blouin was convicted in 2011 of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Court records state Blouin was sentenced to nine years in prison but was released in 2017. As part of his supervised release, Blouin was required to not possess any sexually explicit material and not possess any electronic devices that can access the internet without the approval of his supervisor.
