The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced a recall for the Pack-N-Stroll Premium Folding Utility Wagon, which was imported from China by Olympia Tools International, and which Costco began selling to customers, via its online store, from June to July.

Why It Matters

This recall has identified potentially life-threatening defects. The faulty utility wagon violates the standards for strollers because the product has limited safety restraints, which could result in a child falling, and the structure could trap a child’s head, causing an injury or death, said the CSPC.
