Camillus, NY -- An urgent care chain owned by a local paramedic-turned-entrepreneur will open its biggest, most visible location yet this week along West Genesee Street in Camillus.
Drakos Urgent Care’s third location will start seeing patients at noon Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025, in the former Bon Ton department store, expanding its portfolio with wellness services like weight loss and vitamin shots. (A community open house will be available Tuesday, Oct. 28.)
The 5,000-square-foot facility is twice as large as its other two urgent cares, with 15 exam rooms, said Adam Herringshaw, Drakos’s director of strategy and growth.
