MINNEAPOLIS — City Hall could be poised for a shakeup this year in Minneapolis' municipal elections, with all 13 City Council seats — and the mayor's office — up for grabs.
The election uses a ranked-choice system, meaning voters can choose up to three candidates in each race in order of preference.
Voters will also elect members to the Board of Estimate and Taxation, as well as Park Board commissioner.
