FARMINGTON -- A fire at troll valley Campground in Farmington left a building with significant damage.

About 2pm Sunday firefighters were called to 283 Red Schoolhouse Road in Farmington.

When they arrived at troll valley campground they found a working structure fire.

Several departments worked to bring it under control.

The Farmington Fire Department requested the Fire Marshals Office assist with the investigation.

After examination, fire marshals determined the fire originated in a confined space in the ceiling between the basement and the first floor of the building.

The cause of the fire has been ruled accidental.

No injuries were reported, however one cat perished in the fire.
