Citing a permit, Nashville Business Journal reports the future building would offer approximately 903,507 square feet, making it the largest high-rise hotel structure in Nashville if it existed today.
A height for the proposed structure — to sit on the northeast corner of the intersection of Demonbreun Street and 12th Avenue South — is unclear.
For context, the Broadwest tower that offers both a residential and a Hilton Conrad hotel component, and located in Midtown, seemingly contains about 600,000 square feet.
