A ceremony was held to mark the grand opening of the long-awaited long-term-care home in Havelock on Friday.

After nearly a decade and a half of delays and false starts, dignitaries joined residents and visitors at AON’s Station Place to celebrate the 128-bed home’s completion. The home is located at 628 Old Norwood Rd.
