GODERICH – Alexandra Marine and General Hospital (AMGH) recently recognized a donation from the Goderich Quilters Guild, which has provided a collection of handmade quilts to bring warmth and comfort to patients across the hospital.

The hospital said in a press release that each quilt, handcrafted by guild members, represents hours of care, skill and creativity.

“This kind of generosity really touches everyone here,” said Huron Health System president and CEO Jimmy Trieu. “These quilts aren’t just blankets, they offer a sense of comfort, stitched together by members of our own community. We’re incredibly grateful to the Goderich Quilters Guild for thinking of our patients in such a personal and meaningful way.”
