One of the biggest questions surrounding the New England Patriots this season is what’s happening with rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson’s production.
Henderson struggled in Week 7, carrying the ball only twice for five yards in the team’s 31-13 victory over the Tennessee Titans. However, he truly came alive on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, where he made a significant impact by rushing 10 times for 75 yards.
Head coach Mike Vrabel thought Henderson had a nice outing on Sunday. “He ran well out in space,” Vrabel said on Monday. “He made a good cut on one of those perimeter plays.”
What stands out about Henderson’s performance is that he achieved his best outing against one of the top rushing defenses in the NFL. Heading into Sunday, the Browns allowed just 82.4 rushing yard
