A Wilmington man who was wanted by several law enforcement agencies is now behind bars on drug charges and other crimes, including resisting arrest.

County detectives on patrol in Edgemoor Gardens saw a vehicle commit numerous traffic violations, and the driver sped toward Wilmington Friday. The unoccupied vehicle was found at a business on Governor Printz Boulevard.

New Castle County Police said 30-year-old Marquis Clark was found hiding inside the business and that he tried to destroy narcotics that were in his possession. According to Police, Clark was in possession of crack cocaine and amphetamine pills at the time. Clark was also wanted by Delaware State Police, Newark Police, and by agencies in Lancaster County and Chester County.

Clark is charged with:

1 felony count of obstruct
