1GAITHERSBURG, MD – Authorities have arrested one of two men wanted in connection with a deadly North Bethesda apartment shooting that left a 29-year-old man dead last month.
Investigators say 18-year-old Joshua Carter was taken into custody Wednesday by members of the U.S. Marshals Service in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Carter was wanted for the September 21 killing of Akwalabeng Fontava inside Fontava’s North Bethesda apartment.
