HOLYOKE, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - Holyoke Community College began its popular 6-week line cook daytime training program at the HCC MGM Culinary Arts Institute Monday.

The program is designed for those already in the restaurant industry who want to improve their skills.

Classes meet Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Holyoke Community College is also offering a 5-week evening program that begins next Wednesday, November 5.
