A heat advisory has been issued for parts of Southern California on Tuesday, Oct. 28, with highs in the 90s forecasted as we near November .

Both the National Weather Service San Diego and Los Angeles offices issued the heat advisories on Sunday, Oct. 26.

“A significant warming trend will begin Monday and last through the end of the week” with the warmest temperatures expected on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to the NWS Los Angeles — which serves San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles counties — on Sunday.
