LOGAN — A 20-year-old Logan man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl from North Logan, according to law enforcement. Walter Adonay Vasquez-Aguilar was booked Oct. 21 into the Cache County Jail.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, North Park Police officers received a call on Oct. 13 from the alleged victim and her mother. They described how the girl was receiving explicit photos and threatening messages from an unknown person on social media.

While investigating that case, officers searched the alleged victim’s laptop and phone and discovered a video of the girl and a male individual engaged in sexual activities. The man appeared to be a Hispanic male with dark hair that was down past his ears and a mustache.
