Former Ohio State offensive lineman Bob Maggs has passed away unexpectedly at the age of 61, making it a really difficult period for the Buckeyes, given the passing of Nick Mangold.
Mangold, who was also a lineman for OSU, passed away on Saturday night due to complications from kidney disease, less than two weeks after asking for a donor while seeking a transplant that would save his life.
According to Eleven Warriors, Maggs, a two-time All-Big Ten call-up in the 80s, died a few days before Mangold.

Maggs, also a Parade All-American in high school, is reported to have passed on October 23. His son, Mason, is a walk-on quarterback at Ohio State.
At the height of his college career, the former OL helped the Buckeyes to 9-3 and 10-3 seasons
