MIDDLEBURG — A man accused in a federal civil lawsuit of harassing a county judge has been arrested in California on charges he threatened to kill several women in Pennsylvania.
The arrest of Daniel Bozin, 47, of Beverly Hills, Calif., was announced by Snyder County District Attorney Heath Brosius who said Monday he had no details on how it occurred.
Bozin is being held in Los Angeles awaiting extradition to Middleburg to face charges from November 2023 and Oct. 17.
