The Australian Federal Police and the financial watchdog have raided the Sydney offices of software giant WiseTech.
During yesterday's operation, police officers and ASIC officials requested documents related to alleged share trading by billionaire co-founder Richard White and three other employees from late last year to early 2025, the board said in a statement to the ASX today.
"So far as WiseTech is aware, no charges have been laid against any person, and there are no allegations against the company itself," it said.
"WiseTech intends to fully co-operate with any investigation."
WiseTech, a leading logistical software company, employs about 17,000 staff worldwide. The company has a market capitalisation of $28.5 billion.
