ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —
Dajae Robinson, 32, was facing aggravated battery charges for allegedly choking and punching a 16-year-old juvenile in her care.
State police responded to the CYFD facility on Indian School Road NE for a report a staff member hitting a 16-year-old female.

The teen said she had been arguing with Robinson, all day on Tuesday, Sept. 23. That's when a chase began and the child ran to a nearby ambulance. Court records say she was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
New Mexico State Police also obtaining video surveillance of the alleged incident where they say Robinson grabbed her by the neck and was punching the juvenile.
