ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A man and a woman were injured after being stabbed by an unknown woman on Monday afternoon.

According to St. Louis Police, officers responded to Arsenal and Minnesota shortly before 4 p.m. and found a man and woman who had been cut.

A preliminary investigation concluded that the man and woman were on the Metro bus when the unknown woman boarded near Jefferson and Arsenal.

She stabbed both victims with an unknown object and quickly left the bus at Arsenal near Minnesota.

Both victims were taken to an area hospital with minor to moderate injuries.

The Metro bus has cameras inside and outside the bus that will be used to help law enforcement with the case.
