The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a reported sexual assault involving a 33-year-old ride-hail driver, according to a release.

The driver, Lemolineaux Bain, allegedly sexually assaulted a 21-year-old woman after requesting a ride home following a night out with friends, according to the release. The victim, who was intoxicated and has limited recollection of the events, reported the incident the following evening.
