A judge ordered a mental health evaluation for a Vancouver man accused of threatening a demonstrator and rear-ending a vehicle near an Oct. 18 No Kings protest , pushing the vehicle onto a sidewalk where protesters stood in east Vancouver.

Jason Miller, 29, is facing charges of harassment, driving under the influence and reckless driving. He is being held on $25,000 bail, court records show.

Miller appeared Monday in Clark County Superior Court for a review hearing.

He was also facing DUI and reckless driving in Clark County District Court in connection with the incident, but the case was dismissed Monday because it’s being charged in Superior Court, court records state.
