CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Cincinnati City Council member Seth Walsh has released documents detailing the agreement between the City of Cincinnati and the law firm retained to investigate Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge.
The documents were released Monday after Walsh said the council was blindsided by the announcement.
Walsh says he and fellow councilmembers Jeff Famerding, Mark Jeffreys and Meeka Owens signed a motion requesting the documents.
The document details the objectives of the city hiring an outside law firm to investigate its police chief and the financial breakdown of the agreement.
