The 6-foot-6 Walton opened the weekend with a goal and two assists in Friday’s 5-3 win over the visiting Colts, then extended his point streak to six games with two goals and three assists on Sunday to help Sudbury defeat the Petes 8-2 on home ice.
A 19-year-old from Toronto, Walton will enter Wednesday’s home game against the Soo Greyhounds with a team-leading 15 points in only eight games this season. Article content
