A 22-year-old man was ticketed for stalking, careless driving and having no insurance after trying to run his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend and her 19-year-old male friend off the road Sunday afternoon.
Police Deputy Chief Brent Wasson said the two 19-year-olds were driving west on Boxelder Road in a 2002 Jeep when they passed the 22-year-old in a 2013 Ford. The 22-year-old then made a U-turn to follow them near Ruby Tuesday. The 22-year-old then tried to side-swipe them near Maple Circle, causing a crash.
There were no injuries specified in the police press report.
