A 1996 GMC Suburban with an eight-year-old girl inside was sent rolling into Sinclair Street early Sunday morning after the girl's mother, 26, and the woman's ex-boyfriend got into an argument over a cell phone.
Police Deputy Chief Brent Wasson said a 32-year-old man called police to report his ex-girlfriend, 26, had hit him with her car after they’d gotten into an argument in the 3700 block of College Park Court.
The man had asked the woman, who was sitting in the driver’s seat of the GMC, to give him his cell phone back, and the woman said she’d give it back to him later. Her daughter was with her in the car at this time.
