CADILLAC — The Cadillac Downtown Development Authority is preparing to take over the management of the Cadillac Commons from the city, a move aimed at boosting downtown revitalization and making better use of the public space.
Currently, the city oversees operations for the Commons, which includes City Park, the Plaza, the Rotary Pavilion, and the Market.
The DDA plans to assume administrative and operational control in time for the 2026 season.
