MACON, Ga. — A woman in connection with three murders in downtown Macon turned herself in to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office, according to a release.
The release said, just before 9 p.m., Rekeymia Henley, 21, turned herself in after the sheriff's office started a search looking for her. She was wanted in connection with the murder of three men who were shot within the 500 block of Williams Street.
Henley was charged with three counts of murder in connection with the murder of Brandon Thomas, 21, Markell Bonner Jr., 16 and Quantayrias Townsend, 27.
On Oct. 19, deputies said they found Thomas and Bonner dead on Williams Street. They said Townsend was brought to a local hospital by a local vehicle, but, according to medical staff, he died from his injuries.
