BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - This weekend all 16 counties found rain in the gauge and it was a long time coming. Most areas saw between 1″-3″ widespread, with isolated areas finding upwards up 6″. However, its still no where near what we need to eliminate drought, especially after going more than a month without measurable rain.

Our vegetation is still very dry, so under the right conditions, fire danger can increase easily - and unfortunately looks to be the case as we step into mid-week this week.
