SEATTLE — Salt & Straw will open its 50th ice cream shop Nov. 7 at Seattle’s Pike Place Market, marking a major milestone for the Portland-based company known for its imaginative flavors and local collaborations.

The new location, called Salt & Straw Pike, will sit at 102 Pike Street, directly across from the market’s iconic fishmongers. The grand opening begins at 11 a.m., welcoming guests with a special limited-time dessert, the Pike Place Sundae, developed in partnership with Pike Place Fish Market.

“This is a complete pinch-me moment,” the company shared in a statement, calling Pike Place “one of the most incredible spots we could ever dream up.”
