Demerger News : Stage is set for the demerger of one more company. The company has already fixed the demerger record date and the demerger ratio for the allotment of shares of the resulting company. The demerger record is on October 31. The name of the company under discussion for demerger is Modern Insulators Limited. According to an exchange filing by Modern Insulators, it will demerge its textile fiber business into a separate listed company. The name of resulting company which will take shape after the demerger is -- Modern Polytex Limited. Once the demerger is completed, shares of the resulting company -- Modern Polytex, will list separately on the bourses.
