The daughter of a woman killed in a horror crash in West Perth says the world will be “very dull”, revealing the collision might have been caused by another driver suffering a medical episode.

Australia Post worker Theena Barton was outside a Hay Street office to deliver mail just after 7am when an Isuzu D-Max ute ploughed into her.

The force of the impact sent both vehicles off the road and into the first floor of a business, leaving behind a trail of twisted metal and shattered glass.

The 74-year-old was critically injured and died at the scene.

The Noranda grandmother was loved by friends and family, who are still trying to piece together the tragedy that’s torn their lives apart.
