Get ready, Greater Akron, another fast-casual food option is coming to State Route 18.

Raising Cane's , a national chain known for its chicken fingers, aims to open for business next year, the company confirmed Oct. 27.

The new restaurant location will be built at the former Melt Bar & Grilled site at 3921 Medina Road in Bath, with plans to open late Spring 2026, Shayna Kobuck, a public relations specialist for Raising Cane's, said.
