Fresh off winning the Central U.P. Youth Football League championship in the Senior division, Coach Darrell Hood and some members of Kingsford’s Bacco team made a surprise visit to Kingsford Middle School to give Mason Koch, a member of Kingsford’s 4EverFitness team, a signed championship game ball. Koch suffered a broken leg in the opening minutes of the first game of the season against Bacco. Although unable to play, he was present during the remainder of the season supporting both Kingsford teams.
