A pedestrian is accused of firing two shots in the air after an Allentown man stopped his Kia to avoid a collision along a bustling intersection in Allen Township.
The incident began around 11:15 p.m. Friday in the area of Nor-Bath Boulevard and Savage Drive. Pennsylvania State Police in Bethlehem found a 33-year-old man not injured and awaiting the arrival of investigators.
The victim reported driving a white Kia sedan west on Nor-Bath Boulevard when he went through a green light for westbound traffic at Savage Drive.
The suspect attempted to illegally walk across Nor-Bath Boulevard from Savage Drive, state police said.
The victim avoided striking the pedestrian by stopping the Kia at the intersection, according to state police.
